45 to 49 year health assessment
A once-off, bulk billed check for people aged 45 to 49 with at least one risk factor for chronic disease, such as a family history, being overweight, smoking or high blood pressure. It covers your history, lifestyle, blood pressure, weight, blood tests and a plan to reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes and other conditions.

75 and over health assessment
A comprehensive annual check for older patients covering physical health, medicines, memory and mood, mobility and falls risk, hearing, vision, continence, nutrition and support at home. Usually completed with our practice nurse and your GP.

Heart health checks are bulk billed for patients aged 45 and over (30 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and estimate your risk of a heart attack or stroke in the next five years.

Private medicals for employment, licences or insurance are not covered by Medicare; fees are confirmed by reception.

No. A heart health check is a 20-minute appointment that estimates your five-year risk of heart attack or stroke and sets a plan. It is bulk billed for patients aged 45 and over, or 30 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Yes. These are private assessments not covered by Medicare. Bring the employer's forms and reception will confirm the fee when you book.
You receive a written plan and any referrals or screening requests. Follow-up appointments to review results and progress are bulk billed.
